• NTUC Members need to remain as a member throughout the contractual period with Singtel, without lapses, non-payment of membership fees or suspension. Members who are unable to maintain their membership will have their Singtel benefits revoked from the next 1-2 billing cycles. Their Singtel benefits will only be reinstated from the recontract period (and not within their current contract period) if they return to being an NTUC Member, with benefits aligned to those of a recontract offer. Members will be notified via an SMS from Singtel when their benefits have been revoked. NTUC and Singtel reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership benefits at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with the programme's policies and procedures.
