UWEEI offers workplace representation for Ordinary Branch members and professional advice on employment-related matters for General Branch members.

Professional development
Lifelong employability is a key objective of the labour movement.
As a union member, you enjoy 80 to 90% course subsidies on courses offered by NTUC Learning Hub. Members looking for a job, or are keen in skills enhancement may also approach the Employability Coach at NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) for assistance.
At UWEEI, we provide you with the opportunities and guidance to enrich yourself through:

At UWEEI, we offer annual Scholarship and Bursary Awards* to the children of our members who excel in their academic results.
As union members, each of your schooling children are also eligible to apply for Back-to-School vouchers* worth $125. These vouchers can be used to purchase textbooks, uniforms, spectacles from school bookshops, authorized uniform suppliers, BATA and many more. Application forms for UWEEI Scholarship and Bursary Awards and Back to School vouchers will be made available on our website when applications are opened.
*Qualifying criteria applies.
